Patrick Ferry – ‘A century after the guns fell silent: Pakenham’s Great War volunteers’ – Narre Warren & District Family History Group meeting

Narre Warren & District Family History Group meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 14 2018 at 7.30pm.

The  guest speaker for February is Patrick Ferry – ‘A century after the guns fell silent: Pakenham’s Great War volunteers’Patrick is in the process of writing a book on  Pakenham’s Great War military personnel and he  will give a talk about some of the really interesting characters from his research. He will also talk a little about the St Patrick’s Primary School connection via it’s Honour board, but will leave the wider history for a later talk.

Venue: Cranbourne Complex Meeting Room, Casey Radio entrance, 65 Berwick Cranbourne Road.  Visitors welcome. Cost members and visitors $3.00.
