Dandenong and District Historical Society Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday, October 15, 2023 at 39 Clow Street, Dandenong.

The meeting starts at 2.00pm but please arrive by 1.50pm; the building is closed to the public on weekends so a volunteer has to be on duty to let you in. Use the public entrance at the rear of the building.

Guest speaker: Michael Mackay will talk  about his grandfather Alan Lind.  Michael has called his talk “Mr Dandenong – Remembering Alan Lind”.  Alan Lind was the State Member for Dandenong 1969-1979. He was previously the Member for Mildura 1952-55.

After the AGM and the Michael’s presentation there will be afternoon tea
